I have a Weber Q1200 (UK spec, bought about four years ago) and I am trying to convert it to use my caravan's Calor Propane tank (the red ones, not Patio) - I don't have a caravan external gas point, but I do carry a spare Calor bottle which I'd like to use for cooking outside.All the canisters I have seen for sale have been the same but I have seen evidence for a different thread standard in eastern europe. How do you connect the hose to the barbecue? When we looked the only hose I could find was the Webber one, which as earlier is for patio gas not standard propane.
